- cwes1903Apr, 24 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service, follow-up, and organization. I called Beitzell four times for a very simple quote. Each time I was PROMISED a call back from Karen and never received one. During my last attempt I even warned them I'm posting online if I don't get a follow-up. As a result of this runaround, I'm delayed in getting my own rental house in good shape. I understand it's the busy season, but don't repeatedly promise things to your customer you can't deliver on. I don't give one star lightly, but in this case it's deserved.
